Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across whole of Singapore. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us.
What are your delivery fees?
We offer complimentary delivery for orders above $120. For orders below that amount, a small delivery fee of $15 applies
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your delivery is scheduled.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
Yes! During checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery date and time slot, subject to availability.
How are my groceries packed?
We pack all items carefully using eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Cold and fresh items are packed with insulation to maintain quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments. We also support PayNow, GrabPay, and other local payment options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
Are your products halal / vegetarian / gluten-free?
Many of our items are suitable for specific dietary needs. Product pages include ingredient information and certifications where applicable. If unsure, feel free to ask!
